OVERVIEW
We were tasked by our marketing team with creating a fresh, engaging, and more personalized experience for current W+ members. Drawing inspiration from the widely popular Spotify “Year in Music” app campaign, we conceptualized the Year in Review themed email. This innovative approach aims to captivate our customers by offering them a personalized dashboard.
Through this dashboard, they can visualize where they spent the most and view their savings. By incorporating elements of gamification, we motivate members to enhance their saving habits by encouraging them to spend mindfully.
